At Fletcher, we believe that every student who belongs here should have the opportunity to attend without financial barriers. Our commitment to providing financial aid ensures that families can focus on their students’ educational needs, rather than the cost of tuition. By increasing our financial aid endowment, we aim to make the Fletcher experience accessible to students with learning differences, regardless of their financial background. Every student admitted to Fletcher should be able to benefit from our unique approach to teaching.

Expanding Fletcher's Endowment
This campaign will significantly expand The Fletcher School’s endowment. The School’s endowment is the most important resource to ensure that
we respond to the needs of our community. A strong endowment builds strong community in our school because it is a perennial source of support
for financial aid, academic programs, extracurriculars, and more. A healthy endowment minimizes our reliance on tuition dollars.

Increasing Financial Aid
We will be able to support even more families in greater Charlotte through increased financial aid as well as program offerings at The Rankin Institute. Through this campaign, we will reach a larger applicant pool, and give every Fletcher student—regardless of background—the best possible learning experience. We will provide our students with a more diverse network of peers, creating a community that is inclusive and reflective of our city.

What Your Generosity Means to Fletcher Families
The Fletcher School has awarded over $1.5 million in financial aid in the last four years, benefiting 122 students through need-based scholarships.
