Parents' Council Volunteer Opportunities
Getting involved with Parents' Council is a great way to connect to The Fletcher School! You can meet other families, support fun and engaging activities for students and their families, as well as get to know school personnel.
Join: Become a member of Parents' Council for 2024-2025 by completing the Membership Form. Your financial contribution of $60 helps to offset programing costs for many of the activities that Parents' Council hosts for students and their families.
Volunteer: It takes many hands to host over 20 events each year! Please consider volunteering your time and/or talents to one or more of Parents' Council hosted events. Complete the Volunteer Form to indicate your interests for 2024-2025.
Support: There are several ways to support Parents' Council:
First and foremost, attend as many Parents' Council hosted events as you can. We love to see our community engaged and making memories together.
Link your Publix shopper card to The Fletcher Parents' Council. Simply log into your account, select our organization to support, and save your choice. Before completing the check-out process at the store, make sure you key in the phone number associated with your account so that your purchases are credited to our account.
For the entirety of the 2024-2025 school year, schools will earn $10 for every HT Plus membership or trial membership sign-up or existing membership. To qualify, customers will need to link their VIC card as well as sign up for a free 30-day trial membership or a paid membership of HT Plus or have an existing account. Once those steps are complete, the system will allocate $10 to their TIE school of choice. If customers are linked to multiple schools, the $10 will be divided equally between the schools. Schools will not earn funds on any in-store purchases for the 2024-2025 school year.
Plan to attend PC Meetings. Be on the lookout for announcements about PC meetings and hear informative presentations about a variety of topics of interest to Fletcher parents.
Questions? Contact Tracia Cericola, Parents’ Council President.
FACTS Family and Student Portal
FACTS is the School’s parent and student portal for student information and financial accounts. When your student was enrolled in The Fletcher School, a FACTS Family Portal account was created. FACTS contains a myriad of information including resource documents, web forms, and our school directory. Many families find FACTS useful when trying to establish carpools. If you are searching for families to carpool with, we suggest using the FACTS Family portal. Once there, click on the school tab, then the directory tab. You will see the postal code listed. Click on it, and it will reorder the postal codes in order.
Below are web forms that will need your completion/update every year and are located in your parent portal:
Demographic Forms - Forms include Student Information, Parent/Guardian Information, Student Health Information, Emergency Contacts, Authorized Pick-Up, and Grandparent Information. It is your responsibility to keep this information current.
Student Parking Request and Authorization - Students in grades 10-12 only
Volunteer Driver MVR Authorization - A new form must be submitted every year in order to remain eligible to drive for school-sponsored events
